The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that guests checking in must be 18 and above.
A maximum of 2 Adults and 2 Children aged 12 years old and below are allowed in each room.
Should there be any extra person , the resort will impose extra charges at Rm 150 Nett ( Adult ) and Rm 90Nett ( Children aged 12 years and below ) .
All rooms are Non-smoking rooms however guest may smoke at the designated smoking area provided by hotel.
A penalty fee of Rm 500.00 nett will be imposed if guest found smoking in the room.
No outside Food and Drink allowed to be brought in to the Hotel and guest also advise not to bring any electrical appliances e.g Rice cooker / induction cooker into the hotel for safety reasons.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The room is spacious for us especially with small kids. The view was nice. We can see the Mount Santubong clearly. The breakfast buffet was nice.

Clifftop pool, beach access, closeness to cultural village. Very friendly drivers of bus around resort.

The breakfast, not much meat were prepared for the curry, it was finished when we were there at 8am and there’s still alot of guests lining up behind us yet they did not refill. It is a sad case for meat lovers. The rest are fine. Meanwhile when it comes to the dinner, I ordered a medium rare Rib eye steak, it was recommended as best is written on the menu, so thought to give it a try, but then I was served with a super well done hard to chew rib eye instead that I almost called Gordon Ramsay 😆
