The staff was extremely pleasant, helpful and spoke English, especially Wesley. Check-in was exceptionally smooth, and he gave us a detailed tour of our accommodation. I love the decor and ambience. Very natural and afro-centric theme with superb lighting. The third floor provides a nice view of the Santo Domingo city. There's a nice restaurant close by, less than 1 minute walking distance. The hotel also boast a coffee shop on the ground floor. Love the swipe entry feature on doors. Room was equipped with snacks and drinks, but you have to pay for them.

It is conveniently located at the center of the city, beside CaribeTours bus station, with some restaurants around. The hotel is a good option for quick layovers as it is a very basic accommodation facility. Nicely appointed rooms but quite too small. They have parking slots!

This is not the first time i've stayed here and i always get a different room, and this time I booked a Deluxe King Studio (Punta Cana) --(they have names for all the rooms, which i find really cool) and i loved it, the room wasbig and and the bed huge and comfortable. Loved it! As usual brakfast is served in the rooftop and the usually have a nice selection. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.

This beautiful hotel is at a really great location. The staff os friendly and available to answer all inquiries and help you out if needed. This breajfast was really good and the rooms are very comfortable.

The best of the hotel is the staff. They are very kind, especially the staff in the terrace. Nicole was amazing. The location is convenient, especially if you're going to be around the city centre. The price is very competitive.
