Offering a natural lagoon, this 1.4-hectares property is situated on the plateau of Santo da Serra, in Madeira Island. The pet-friendly Quinta do Pântano, Agro Turismo offers free Wi-Fi.

Very spacious apartment in a beautiful location. Service was great: every day a delicious breakfast (fresh bread, eggs, toppings, fruit etc.). Joanna, thank you again; we had a wonderful stay.

Staying at this agro-tourist villa nestled in the mountains was an unforgettable experience for me and my kids. From the moment we arrived, Joana, our wonderful host, greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. Her genuine hospitality and dedication to ensuring we had a memorable stay went above and beyond our expectations. The villa was a true mountain oasis—quiet, cozy, and perfectly situated amid Madeira’s lush, green landscape. Each morning, waking up to the fresh mountain air and stunning views, with the sun rising right over the hill in front of us, was a pure delight. The peaceful setting provided exactly the atmosphere we needed to relax and recharge. The kids absolutely adored the experience, and like me, fell completely in love with the island. We left with lasting memories and a deep appreciation for this beautiful corner of the world, largely thanks to Joana's exceptional hospitality. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking to experience the true magic of Madeira.

The hostess Joana welcomed us on our first day and gave us a lot of information about the island, where to eat and things to see (like music festivals and the sunday farmer‘s market). Whenever we had any questions about activities (for example about the hike from Pico do Arieiro to Pico Ruivo) we just texted her and she responded thoroughly and quickly. We felt welcome and well cared-for. The accomodation was homey and comfortable. The fridge and table were always stocked with all the breakfast ingredients we could‘ve needed (cheese, different cold cuts, milk, eggs, butter, marmalade, fruits and cereal). In the mornings fresh bread hung on our door. We very much enjoyed the peace and quiet here.
