Building and town were beautiful. Lovely cobbled streets. Breakfast was good. Room was nice General ambience good. Had a lift. Handy for Santander. Lots of places to eat in town

The breakfast was excellent - one of the best which we have had in Spain. The room was large, with a mini fridge. The staff were super helpful.

This was a wonderful place to visit a village in the true style of what it had been , from quite a few years back. Loved it. Comfy room. Restaurant food was good. The reception area on first floor was stunning. No more to say. I have said enough.

Our first stay in a Parador and it won’t be our last. Super hotel and Santillana Del Mar is a hidden gem. We loved our stay and hope to return!

Location was excellent with (paid) car parking available on site. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel as it was an additional EUR20 per person and there are plenty of cafes in the town.
