Breakfast was excellent! It had a lot of options both sweet and salty. Beds were as comfortables as you can get also!

The hotel is clean and has a good location. The beds are quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is quite varied and fresh. The swimming pool in the upper storey has a nice view of the nearby park and mountains.

Overall a great stay! The room was spacious, clean, great view, and had excellent WiFi. The rooftop swimming pool(s) is excellent and a great addition to the stay. Room service was particularly good, we really enjoyed the food, and breakfast was also of good quality! Staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is in a lovely area too.

The maintenance is very good, the room is clean and tidy, a lot of different food for breakfast, the staff is very professional and friendly. The food in the restaurant is very good. The gym is clean, tidy and very well equipped. The location of the hotel is in a very good part of the Las Condes neighborhood.
