Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

Excellent service provided by hotel employees; Outstanding location, being very close to the metro station Los Leones, to the mall Costanera Center and surrounding stores, with many locations to eat; The hotel has a pool and some gym equipments; Good coffee.

The hotel pleasantly surprised me with its location – it’s conveniently situated near major attractions and public transport. I’d also like to highlight the staff, who were always polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was also impressive, with everything well-maintained.

- bedroom is spacious - pool is indoor sort of warm (but still found it a bit on the colder side). - the lounge area looks stylish - breakfast buffet is included but not as good as shown in the pics

Good hotel in a great area close to many things. Service was good and nice rooftop pool. Rooms a spacious and bed is comfortable.

Great location in a safe area of Santiago close to the metro. We were able to check in a couple of hours early which was appreciated after a long flight. The breakfast was excellent, the hotel was happy to store our bags while we were away for a night. Staff were helpful.

Very comfortable hotel and room, close to the Los Leones metro station in a quiet place. The breakfast was very good for my taste, and the nights were very quiet. The bed and bathroom were very good as well, and I generally enjoyed my stay here and would be back anytime.
