The location is great, very nice part of the city, but not very useful for exploring Santiago. The outside swimming pool is small, but when we needed it, it was empty.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was big and comfortable. The staff were helpful answering questions. The options at the breakfast buffet were great. I appreciated the outdoor pool and seating areas. The kitchen very kindly heated up some leftovers for me. The location was good, but there weren't a lot of restaurant options in the immediate neighbourhood (ie walkable). But public transit/uber/taxis were pretty good. There was ample closet/shelving space. And the daily room cleaning was perfect.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, and while a bit out of the way, it meant it was quiet. The room was spacious, and we found the beds really comfortable. Staff were helpful.
