To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the Costanera Centre / Centro shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable. The area around the hotel is safe and within walking distance of restaurants.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to Costanera Centre and has several good eateries around. The location is safe for solo travelers. The rooms are decently sized and very clean. The staff is quite helpful. I arrived early in the morning, and the staff was able to accommodate my early check-in without any complications.

Nice breakfast and good options in the La Murta restaurant! Very good location, close to Costanera Center. I loved they offered a filtering system for drinkable water, it made my stay much more confortable.

Bed was very comfortable as is the room, the location is good for providencia and access to Las Condes. The surrounding area is quiet at night. If you want to shop this is a good area.
