The fine print
When purchasing breakfast in addition to a non-refundable rate (Room Only), it should be paid upon check-in, or at the reception during your stay. The charge for accommodation will be paid in advance in accordance with the conditions of the contracted rate. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. The information provided in the selected currency is for information purposes only. Charges will always be charged in the local currency. Special conditions and supplements may apply when booking more than 9 rooms. Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. A charge of USD 25 per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge.

Very comfortable bed. Temperature control is made by you, and it adjusts easily. Amazing breakfast was included. They'll even cook your eggs or omelet to your preference!

Location is great, near from Metro Station and Italian Barrio thats a nice place to go. You can walk auround the hotel safetly. Nice cordilheira view from our room.
