LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.

Nice inside, character, communal spaces. Although the bathrooms are separate they are private (1 per room) and very clean. It worked well. Sink is bathroom is helpful too. Staff were nice

Very friendly people who lent us their metro card to use for the day… gave very detail and good advice and info about where to go, how to go and what to see despite the language barrier … besides a metro station which is super convenient and plaza de armas is walkable

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very nice bed. Really cozy boutique hotel. The only thing you need to know is that your private bathroom is separated from your room, and you need to cross the hallway to reach it.

Great location close to the center. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Overall, the facilities looked clean and cute as well, the outdoor was pretty charming.

The staff was wonderful, Fernanda was so helpful. Great location, easy access off subway. Walking distance to Lastarria, Fenicular, and Bario Italia.
