Breakfast was ok, but more cereals would have been nice. The club breakfast was much more restricted than the main restaurant selection. All the staff were fantastic.

The hotel has an incredible staff - without exception, everyone was pleasant, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, assisted and valued. However, a special shout-out goes to each of Gustavo and Patrick at the front door, to Kimberly on the front desk, and to Diego in the Club Room, all of whose services were personally appreciated by us. This hotel is the perfect place to relax after a long flight to Chile or to wrap up a vacation there. Absolutely the best!

Central. Within walking distance to amazing restaurants, the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus, & a very large mall with all the famous international brands. Our room was exceptional - huge with sweeping views over the city & the surrounding mountains. The bed & bedding was blissfully comfortable. The pool & surrounding area was lush with greenery, exceptional bar service.

Room - spacious, everything I needed was there. I ended up on a higher floor so a bonus was the view. Reception/concierge - great staff, very helpful whenever I had a question. Lounge area - pleasant area, welcoming. Pool area - beautiful layout with plenty of space for visitors (see below)
