Excellent continental breakfast. Varied coffee selection, lots of sweets and cakes. Large room with great view and very comfortable beds. They have a rooftop swimming pool available up until 6:00 pm They offer various trips and tours with various discounts.

It was a modern hotel, the room is so spacious, and, the view! We have the view of the Andes from our room. The bar on the top floor is excellent. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel is very well located, very near to the tube station Manquehue. It has a very modern design, very clean in spite of huge windows, which are difficult to keep clean. Very friendly staff and quick check-in and support in case of questions. The breakfast was good with one exception (on the didn't like section). The view from the room is very nice, room and bathroom spacious and very good bed.

Food and service on -1 level was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Javiera N. on reception went above and beyond to help us with a cancelled tour booking and she was exceptionally patient.

Breakfast, staff, location of the hotel, and bed were the best things about the Icon Hotel. I spent three days there, and nothing could be better. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and the staff presented us with a bottle of local sparkling wine and a really good dessert. It was a pleasant surprise!

Confort at the hotel was above my expectations. They also have a super great italian restaurant, name Fechoría. I literally went to this restaurant 2 x day for a week. But the most impressive at this hotel was to see many events going on at same time, every day, and very well organized. No confusion between events, no loud noise and perfect events management. I was a speaker at one of the events and was very well impressed. The soundproofing of the rooms is also spectacular. You never hear anything.
