Rooms come with a king-size bed which can be split into 2 single beds under request.
LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We had a large and spacious room with two sofas. The bed was large and comfortable. The roof-top resaurant was excellent. The staff helpful. The location is good with the central square within easy walking distance.

large room; very quiet even though it overlooked the street (double-pane windows); super clean and modern with nice lighting, comfortable bed, and plenty of space, also in the bathroom; coffee machine in room and small fridge (mini-bar); good location right across the street from a park and within walking distance of many sites, stores and restaurants; generous breakfast buffet with fruit, eggs, yoghurt, pastries, and more; friendly staff (Paul and Raul); when we had to check out at 6:30 before breakfast started at 7:00 they packed us sandwiches to take with us

The service level was exceptional by all staff. The front desk staff went out of their way to help us when our ride to the airport canceled at the last minute. The breakfast included with our room, had a good variety of hot and cold choices. The hotel is located within walking distance of parks, historical sites, and the central business district.
