LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.

the staff are excellent, they go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need, from opening the gym early (as i dealt with jetlag) to preparing a packed lunch in 5 minutes, remembering what we did each day giving local tips, the breakfast service was excellent and the pool and gym fab. But its the staff, they cant do enough for you.

Very central location , walking distance to subway and restaurants and not far from funicular train and cable car . Buffet breakfast had good selection / variety of food. Nice indoor pool and gym. Staff very helpful. Good value for money

What a fantastic hotel. Brilliant central location - close to everything. The staff were impeccable. Well appointed luxurious room, great bathroom and powerful shower. Great breakfast selection. Hotel was clean and welcoming. Concierge extremely helpful with advice and booking hotel taxis to airport etc.

We loved everything at this classic hotel in the heart of Santiago just steps away from the famous Moneda Presidential Palace. It is a beautiful spacious hotel with a beautiful bar and lobby. We were taken care of with warmth and professionalism and given a great room. The food is yummy. Great chef, waiters and great atmosphere. Definitely a must to anyone wanting a classic Chilean hotel experience. Thank You to the staff for your hard work at making our stay very comfortable ❤️
