Very friendly helpful staff. We spoke mostly English which was not a problem. The pool was a cool retreat after a dusty days sight seeing. We had free breakfast on our booking which was perfect. We didn't need much for lunch, if anything. Good location for the hop on hop off bus once you know the location on Nueve Providence Rd. The rooms are no frills but fine for our needs. Beds were very comfy.

Excellent location, close to metro, restaurants and bars. Walking distance (<1.5 km) to bottom of cable car. Staff were friendly We only stayed one night as flying out of Santiago next day. Good value for one night

Not the most modern hotel, but at the end of the day it has all the necessary services. I really appreciated the restaurant and the gym, as well as the generous room size. The location in the city is very convenient.

Lovely hotel, centrally located. We just stayed one night in between transfer flights. The staff were lovely, the room was comfy and the breakfast was nice.
