Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

We had a fantastic stay over NY, the rooftop bar is a great place to hang out and we loved the old fashioned gated lift. Food and cocktails were delicious, all staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, near to all the attractions and cool bars. It was also near Bellavista with lots of restaurants and the funicular.

Very centrally located, only a short walk to vibrant Lastaria quarter, but also to Bella Vista and Cathedral. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, very nice rooftop bar with great view and good food with great value for money.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was the best we’d had in 2 weeks in Chile, rooms comfortable and nicely decorated. Rooftop area is nice but the pool is tiny and freezing! Hotel is well located for good neighbourhood for dinner

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have been in! It's art-deco, and the details are marvelous! It feels very luxurious (if you know and enjoy art-deco). And the view over the mountains, from the top of the hotel, is breathtaking!
