Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Very central location. Easy to walk up to the city ruins (10mins) which is a 'must do'. Local parks, squares and places to sit and watch the world go by, near. Nice breakfast area, bright with a good selection of continental style foods. The staff in this department are friendly and approachable. The hotel rooms come equipped with air conditioning which works really well.

The location is very good, in the center and close to everything famous in the city. The breakfast was very good; there was a good choice for everyone. The room is spacious, like a small apartment, and has a kitchen. The staff is very friendly and kind. They allowed us to leave a lot of suitcases that we had with us and a bicycle for free from check-out until the evening because we had an evening flight.

We were unable to pay by our credit card. We have been told that the system does not accept credit cards with 4 digit pin numbers. Staff has sent us to buy dollards. When we have brought dollars to pay they have been checking if the notes were straight. The gentelman from the bureau exchanged knew about this as apparently the hotel was sending back the customers to him to replace the creased notes. We have travelled across Chile and our card worked everywhere

Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly and very helpful staff, convenient location very close to a lot of tourist sites. Nice breakfast, good wifi.
