To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Beautiful setting Wonderful staff who went out of their way to help in any way Food was wonderful especially the breakfast A lot of variety in fruit and extremely fresh every day I would recommend it highly to anyone staying in Santiago 10 out of 10

close to commercial center, museums, money exchange offices. (but Far from restaurants, nice hang out areas in Lastarria) Roof area, pool is ok to hang out

The hotel was very clean and an affordable place to stay in the centre of Santiago. The breakfast was continental and included sweetened corn flakes, yoghurt, toast etc. The staff were overly friendly.

Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. Location was excellent, very close to all the main attractions of the city. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds. A large variety of foods available for breakfast and a good menu for evening meals.
