Great decoration, authentic and charming. Great breakfast, but missed something different (every day, same offers). The location is in a great neighborhood. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable.

The good things: ⚫️ Rooms: Clean, nicely designed, spacious, and very comfortable beds. Plenty of USB ports for charging. ⚫️ Bathroom: Good shower pressure and quality amenities. ⚫️ Location: Very safe for walking and exploring Vitacura. Close to Parque Bicentenario, Mall Casacostanera, Parque Arauco, CV Galeria, and a good supermarket (Jumbo). Cheap Uber to downtown and other attractions. ⚫️ Service: Ruben (reservations manager) is responsive and helpful with last-minute bookings and changes. The hotel is helpful in storing luggage during travels around Chile. ⚫️ Breakfast: Buffet has great options and variety, though it can become repetitive over time.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and large. The food in the cafe style restaurant is very good but the stand out feature is the vegetarian retaurant "Sanz" attached to the hotel. The food here is exceptional and it has a great atmosphere.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful area of Santiago City. It is all restored so everything is new and clean. Superb restaurant with good variety and great quality. Déco is quite interesting and well displayed.
