The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

It’s nice classical building with kitchen available with tea/coffee. Hospitable staff, whose provided to us metro card for use and was very friendly helping us with all the questions. It’s located in good place close to metro station and in nice area.
