LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.

The guys at the reception were exceptionally friendly (especially Juan!), the room smelled good and was clean, the social areas are welcoming and tidy, kitchen is big enough and well equipped. The breakfast is a big plus!

Good location. Busy hostel if you want to socialise. Kitchen has everything you need but can get busy. Rooms very close to common area and can be very loud.

Super friendly staff and a 24/7 reception. Good breakfast and erything there what you need. We really enjoyed our stay there and booked it directly again for our next stay in Santiago.

Good location, a few minutes walk away from several restaurants and from the local park but not noisy at night. Rooms were clean and spacious enough given it was a hostel. Staff very friendly and willing to help us. Breakfast basic but good, coffee not always available. Overall enjoyable stay.

Perfect place to land in Santiago to get your feet under you. Social enough but not invasive, perfect reading room on the second floor with couches and a nice view. Great location, walkable, safe.
