LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. I booked this hotel on behalf of my husband, who was traveling through Chile. His flight arrived around midnight and he was flying out again the same day, so we needed a comfortable place for him to rest. Initially, it was a bit stressful trying to coordinate the booking. I attempted to call the property several times without success, and messages through Booking.com were not answered. I ended up contacting IHG customer service, who helped me figure out the correct check-in and check-out dates due to the unusual flight schedule. Thankfully, once he arrived at the hotel around 1am, check-in went smoothly. He paid for a late check-out at 6pm but was actually allowed to stay until around 9pm, which was a huge relief before his long flight to New Zealand. He absolutely loved the room — very clean and comfortable. The hotel felt fancy, the staff were excellent, and he especially enjoyed using the pool. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge during a long travel day.

Fantastic convenient location between the two terminals. Great attentive staff happy to help out with your needs - they quickly changed us to another room when we discovered an issue with our first. Good restaurant and bar and very nice social areas both inside and out to meet with people or pass the time.

The room was very clean. Location is perfect for taking a flight from/to any of the terminals of the airport. We really appreciated that the staff let us check in quite early, without any extra charge.

Perfect place to stay after a flight when transferring to a cruise departing from San Antonio or Valpariso. It’s easy flat walk across to the hotel through the exit doors of the international airport to the hotel-about 500 metres. Cruise personnel are found just inside those same exit doors of the international airport and they will then direct you to where you will join your transport to your cruise.

Excellent location right outside the Domestic terminal and a short walk to Departures too. New, clean, fresh and efficient staff. Check in no problem. Bar and restaurant area was busy but expected.
