LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.

The restaurant offers a good breakfast and varied menu for dinner. The facilities include gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Bed was comfortable, and shower had food pressure. Close to the airport for early morning flights and a shuttle service to the airport too.

Stayed 3 times for one night here. Very practical close to the airport. Airport shuttle runs once per hour, but sometines was 10-20 min delayed. For getting to the airport great, for getting to the hotel I might get a taxi next time. Very clean, fast and well prepared reception, and a proper shower after many hostels and small hotels in remote regions :).

We stayed here twice during our tour of Chile. Lovely staff, great breakfast, large quiet rooms, comfortable beds and good showers. We used the fantastic shuttle service several times, you must prebook it. Contact the hotel a few days before you arrive at Santiago for transfers from the airport to the hotel.
