Hotel has a generator, which was very helpful during the blackout. Gym, free parking. Location. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel has a great location, only walking distance from Costanera Mall and restaurants. The staff was super helpful and kind. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. But overall everything was clean and nothing out of the ordinary.

A good hotel, with a good breakfast, a good location (it's close to the metro and some of the city's attractions such as the Sky Costanera). The staff are attentive and for me it was great value for money.
