Very clean and modern. Pin code access. Good communications before arriving, and during my stay. Receptionist Noella and administrator Anso were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Helped me with tourist info etc. Fresh sheets and towels after 2 days. Lucky to get a roof terrace. Modern room and great kitchen facilities. Exceeded expectations

Clean, bright and had everything I needed. Comfy bed, good pillows. A small but nice modern bathroom with the best shower. Friendly, helpful staff.

While the room was quite far from the cathedral it was in a beautiful busy part of the city. There was lots of great clothes shopping and local restaurants full of Santiagan people going about their daily lives. In hindsight I’m glad we got to see this side of Santiago life. It was also relatively close to the train and bus station.

Clean, nice bed, nice bathroom, my room even had a little roof terrace, there are coffee and tea facilities. Easy walking distance from the centre and lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in the area. Access was really easy

Very nice location and neighborhood. There are several cafeterias and supermarket around. Walking distance to the old city. The place is quiet in the night.

This is a very nice single room close to city centre and supermarkets, with lift. Small room with a small bathroom but with everything you need, tv, small fridge, a spacious balcony on the top of the building, what was a bonus. Clean, tidy, comfortable for one person.

Easy check in details sent to us in plenty of time before the arrival. Location was an easy 10 minute walk to the old town. Plenty of cafes around the apartment

Excellent location, 10 min walking to the bus/train station and a lot of facilities nearby. Check-in was super easy and the receptionist was very kind, always giving me quick feedback during my stay.
