Siva “Perfect budget hotel steps away from the Cathedral”

The pension is very close to the main Cathedral, just around the corner. There are tons of restaurants just minutes away so you don't have to go far. Ditto with any other place you visit in Santiago, as its in the heart of old town and all are very nearby. The pension is very modest and there is no storage shelves so if you are pilgrim visiting Santiago for couple of days, this is perfect.

Great location in old town very close to the cathedral. We were greeted by a lovely man who answered our myriad of questions and confirmed that we could leave our rucksacks after checking out and pick them up later in the afternoon. The room was very clean, but the bowl of room smellies was a bit overwhelming so we rerouted it to the bathroom. There is a very lively bar next door but it was all quiet by midnight and it really didn't bother us. Nice comfy beds.

Cute, rustic pension just off the main streets and a few minutes from the cathedral, but really quiet. Clean and nicely decorated room. Comfy bed.

This place is not a full service hotel that puts out a breakfast. There was a good restaurant next door.
