Amazing hotel , I got a booked a premium room and received on the day a junior suite , was stunning , gorgeous and very large room , Amazing king size bed and all toilet facilities

Location was ok but secure underground car park was what drove our choice. We booked a double and got two singles pushed together. Not good. No kettle available - this IS 2024!! Not good. Only one relaxing chair in a room for two. Restaurant average at best - my turbot was only just cooked but still jelly-like in places and the entrecôte steak was awful. Full of gristle with cold wedge potatoes from a frozen packet NOT their speciality potatoes as advertised. Had we not needed the secure parking, we would have had a different hotel for sure.

Great comfy beds, we slept so well. There is no noise whatsoever from outside. The ventilation is easy to control. Lighting in the room is very nice and simple, warm lights. Breakfast was very good.

Two minor issues - All the pillow are the same- hard. It would be nice to have the choice of 2 hard and 2 soft. Kiwi fruit at breakfast were not ripe. Otherwise hotel is excellent
