Central location great. Decent size bathroom and spacious room. Great pillows. Able to change language on programs on TV to original language which is great. Quick turnaround of cleaning rooms in morning to come back after lunch for relaxation. Gracious 2pm late check out. Thank you.

The room was spacious and tastefully furnished. The room was warm, and has a temperature regulator. The duvet was light but warm, and there were spare blankets. There was provision of basic toiletries and the room was cleaned daily. My room had a balcony and 2 sets of doors shutting out the light and outside noise. The breakfast was varied and filling- and there is long hours for breakfast up to 10.30 and 11.00 on the Sunday. ( though I missed baked beans, which are not a staple in Spain breakfast.) There was spa facilities which was enjoyable. It is 400m from the Cathedral. It is in a well lit busy area, with lots of bars and cafes and little shops/boutiques, with a pleasant ambience. Staff were exceptionally lovely and helpful. They provided me a map at check in, and marked the important landmarks and places I would want to see or know about. I was allowed to extend my check out to 2pm at no extra cost. The Wi-Fi was strong.

We loved it. We arrived in the pouring rain having just completed the Camino. Our room wasn’t ready because we were too early but the young girl did everything she could to make sure we got dry warm and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Our experience was amazing.

Excellent, helpful, professional staff, incredibly comfortable beds, great breakfast. Excellent service in small cafe downstairs. Location was great, easy to get to from the airport. In fact, a delightful experience and would recommend it to anyone!
