The hotel was in the style of a lot of buildings in Santiago , old and in serious need of repair,but it was clean.

The room was well sized and the beds very comfortable. I could open the windows which is important to me. The shower was hot and powerful. The location was fantastic - so central and in a fun part of town slightly away from the tourist traps.

Great location, good value for money and friendly staff. Only if you sleep on the street side you might hear noice from the street and the bar below. Also the Airport shuttle was well arranged. An aircon would be a nice point of improvement.

The hotel was in a good location on a plaza with a couple of really excellent restaurants on the doorstep and within easy walking distance of the market and the Cathedral.
