Clean, comfortable, quiet, updated room furnishing, good breakfast, mall location. Susi, Front Desk Reception, was so welcoming and helpful!

A comfortable stop after a long wet Camino. It would be possible to do everything you need to without going outside. The hotel is part of a new mixed development with flats, restaurants a supermarket and laundromat

What I liked the most was how lovely, kind and professional the staff were. I would like to thank Juan in particular as he was so helpful, friendly and provided me with great advice about Santiago and Galicia, but everyone in reception was always really nice and willing to help.

The staff were lovely. Helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. I really liked the location. Close to shopping mall and in walking distance of Santigo centre. Nice mall in the hotel area. Very good.

It's a hotel in a mall.one side completely with glass facing inside the mall, so you have to put curtains for privacy

Nice room with great shower! The staff are lovely and verumy welcoming. The hotel is about a 25-minute walk from the Cathedral and is very quiet, with a lovely park on the other side of the road and a large supermarket in the complex. There is a public secure carpark underneath the hotel costing €6 per day

The manager found booking system error, and actually not room for me. But he provided a good solution for me: shipping and upgrading to another 4 star hotel in the same price, so thanks his actions for me. Because of just finish my Camino walk.

I was contacted several days before the booking was due to start and told the hotel could no longer accommodate me, but that I could be moved to another hotel in the city. I agreed to the move and the booking was changed to the Eurostars Gran Hotel (which is part of the same group) at no extra cost. I was given an upgrade and free parking by way of compensation. I was extremely happy with the communication from the hotel, the move to another hotel and the stay itself.
