Everything is new, clean and functional. My room had a problem with heating - it was impossible to turn it off, but Eva resolved the issue by switching me to another room.

Very stylish modern hotel in a great location. There's a parking nearby, you can also park on the street around the uni campus. The rooms are clean and have desks for work. In the bathroom, hairdryer is provided as well. The kitchen downstairs is well equipped for cooking and is a great place to meet fellow travellers. The hotel staff is very responsive and help your straightaway with anything you might need.

Super location. Minimalist but funky modern decor. Room was very comfortable and just spot on for a one night only base to explore Santiago. Also secure Parking for my motorcycle just down the street and an easy short walk to the hotel.

Initially, I booked Coliving Compostella for the price and was slightly concerned about the long term guests and if I would feel uncomfortable. I needn't have worried. From making the reservation to leaving, the hospitality from Paula and Eva was exceptional. The communication was fantastic and they kindly helped arrange a few things before I arrived and when I did arrive, I received the warmest welcome. I was shown the property, which included the beautiful kitchen facilities and lounge, and other communal areas. I was encouraged to make use of the coffee machine and to ask if I needed anything. The decor is very stylish and spotlessly clean in both the room and communal areas. The room itself was perfect. Really comfortable bed and good quality bedding and I had the best sleep. The bathroom is great too with an excellent shower and lovely full sized products to use. When checking out, I was told that I could leave my luggage and when collecting it to enjoy a coffee before I left-hospitality even after I had checked out! The welcome, the quality and the service of Coliving Compostella is amazing and I recommend it without hesitation.

It was great. :) The only weakness is the bathroom. There was a clogged drain in the shower. When you showered there was water all over the bathroom :( Also, the drain in the funnel did not work, when you washed, the funnel filled with water
