The Hotel was clean and warm, staff very helpful and friendly, room very basic however adequate for our overnight stay.

Staff was really nice. The location was easy to access and it had good parking. The room was spacious and the facilities were accessible and there was lots of options as to what you could do within the hotel (gym, spa, cafeteria, restuarant).

The staff are excellent and work together as a team! It's a great location for Santander. Only a 15 minute drive to the centre. Great stopover if you're catching the ferry. And...they are pet friendly! Good, reasonably priced daily menu
