The establishment regrets any inconvenience caused.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.We do not clean the rooms during the stay. We do not deliver cleaning products or cleaning supplies.Towel change every 3 days on request.Reservations of more than 3 studios are considered group reservations and therefore have special conditions, must be paid at the time of booking and will be considered non-refundable rates.Please note that Estudios Aránzazu will send a link to process a secure online prepayment.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Kitchenette available with a two ring electric hob, a sink, a small fridge with a freezer, and some crockery and cutlery. Spacious room. Friendly receptionist. Good location. Good quality windows and shutters.

Excellent rooms for the price we paid. Lovely area, lots of cafes nearby and an easy 15 minute walk to the centre of the city. Receptionist was very nice, room was available early which was great.

Reasonable rate at an expensive time. Good location. Super clean and reasonably quiet. Spacious room and having self-catering option was great. Shower was great - very powerful. Was very small and had a clingy curtain which you had to make sure was inside the tray. Could be a problem.

Nice and clean if a bit dated. Very humid when we arrived but luckily there was a ceiling fan which was a real bonus.

The location was really good,with a supermarket nearby. When we lost the key from the room , they replaced it very quickly. Also we had another problem, again they helped us very quickly. The workers at the reception were very nice. It was all very clean. Also there was a playground (100m) and a beach nearby (from the hotel to the beach: 2 and a half km). There was a church nearby.
