Great location. Five minutes walk from the train and bus stations. Staff were very friendly. I booked a small double room but was given a larger one for the same price! Clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely visit again.

The little touches really made a difference. The welcome on arrival & the attentiveness of the staff were second to none. The sweets & water waiting for guests on arrival as well as all the little touches in the room show an attention to detail and shows the effort put in by the staff & management to make each guests stay very special. Very clean. Room was spacious and well designed. The location was perfect. Far enough from the hustle and bustle to make for a peaceful stay, yet close enough that in a couple of minutes you can be right where the action is.

We didn't have the breakfast, it looked very good though. The location was absolutely perfect, just behind the centre of town with all the shops and the harbour a few minutes away, but in a quiet street. The decoration was fabulous, all very design and imaginative. The reception staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The room was comfortable and clean, I loved the jacuzzi bath although it took a long time to fill. I also have to comment on the lovely reception staff, they were a credit to the hotel, especially Christina she always had a smile and was happy to go the extra mile for us

Great location, good breakfast, but personal was who make this hotel so special. When I was searching for accommodation in Santander, I was like - what's all this hype about this hotel. And all that hype is full deserved ❤

We visited as a couple from Scotland for a couple nights. The hotel is very modern and immaculate and in the city centre. The room we were in was brilliant, it had everything you needed. Had a mini fridge which was great, blackout blinds to ensure a restful sleep, very comfortable bed, immaculately clean, smart tv Netflix and YouTube etc built in. Honestly the biggest surprise about this hotel is it says it’s a 3 star, it deserves more stars, we bought the room with the spa bath and that was a big treat. Staff were so friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a warm smile and a hello/ola! I’ve stayed in “5 star” rooms that were more basic rooms and weren’t as immaculate.
