We loved everything. Very clean, big rooms, we also had a balcony. The host, Alvaro, gave us a very warm welcome, he also gave us a map of the city and recommended us places to visit, to eat - in English (which was great). Also the location is perfect.

Excellent communication from the hosts. We were met at the property by a lovely lady who gave us loads of information on attractions and restaurants. Perfect location for exploring Santander. Lovely big comfortable beds, great air conditioning and nice shower.
