Private rooms with large communal space for cooking, eating, playing pool, and meeting others. Loved the view and the ambience. Breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Location is good with great ocean view and lots of nature around . Breakfast was good and was served in nice living room close to the open kitchen . Charming place filled with some old family pictures.

Nice concept between an Hotel and an Aparthotel. Each guest has a room (big, bright, basic but still pretty nice) with bathroom, plus there is a common area and the kitchen is available as well. The common area is a big nice room where breakfast is served (good breakfast for the price!) and TV can be watched. Good occasion to meet nice travelers.

Located at a peaceful part of the town..nice views of the sea. Central kitchen was good. Breakfast was served. Value for money compared to the other places in Madeira Pool table in basement Lovely gardens with many flowers

The villa has a pleasant atmosphere and is located in a beautiful environment. Breakfast was sufficient. We could also use the common kitchen when we wanted to have tea or cook dinner. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice.

The marvellous hospitality! I had lost my mobile phone and the owner immediately provided me with a replacement mobile phone and SIM card! The lady who looks after breakfast and the rooms was also really lovely. It's also very nice that the guests sit together at a large table in the morning, so it's easy to get chatting!
