Hotel Overview

Perched on a cliff-top setting on the sea front, Hotel Mediterraneo Sorrento has a free outdoor pool and views over Sorrento Bay and Mount Vesuvius. Sorrento is 1 km away, a free shuttle into town is provided.
Rooms at this hotel have a bright, Mediterranean style and are air conditioned. All have flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi access, and views of the sea or the garden.
There are 2 on-site restaurants, including the rooftop Vesuvio which specialises in traditional Neapolitan cooking and international dishes. The Aqua pool lounge serves local cuisine and homemade pizzas at lunchtime. Our Oltremare Lounge bar is a meeting place with lounge music located in the Hotel Lobby
Services at the Mediterraneo Sorrento Hotel include a 24-hour front desk where you can book excursions around the Amalfi Coast. While the Vista Sky bar offers aperitifs with sea views 4 times a week, Dj sets and live bands alternate in the artistic programming of the summer. You can also hire a private yacht. From the hotel, you can directly access the wonderful lido below, La Marinella, which also offers dining services. Inside the establishment, guests from the Mediterraneo have free access to a reserved and equipped area. Beach services are guaranteed from May 15th to September 15th. For other periods, it depends on the weather /sea conditions.

The breakfast surpassed our expectations, everything from the service to the views. This is a must stay when visiting Sorrento. Honestly, the hotel has it all, service is impeccable, rooftop bar, pool, spa, private beach all inclusive and a yacht… what more do you want… close location to everything it’s a perfect stay, home away from home but better.

The food was brilliant, the staff went out of their way and both the pool and beach were perfect for relaxing by. The hotel was very clean and the grounds felt spacious.

Don't know where to start! This hotel exceeded all of our expectations, it was truly perfect. From the very beginning the staff were incredible, so welcoming and they went above & beyond to give us the best stay possible. The hotel is beautiful, well kept & completely spotless with great facilities. The location is great, close to Sorrento (mini bus shuttle offered aswell) but far enough out that it's quiet & relaxing and the sunset views were stunning. I cannot recommend the hotel enough, we loved it & can't wait to return.

Breakfast was excellent in terms of the food and setting.. The main resturant and rooftop bar are a must to include. All staff were amazing and really friendly. Loved the yoga sessions.
