Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was terrific with locally sourced produce. Rosana was an amazing host. Fabulous location close to the historic centre of Sant'Agata Feltria. Lovely medieval farm house with amazing views of the Appenine mountains.

Beautiful place full of charm and love. We fell in love with this place-so magical!. Rosanna can’t speak English- I can’t speak Italian but we chat for hours and bond. The stay is more than perfect. Bed , bathroom, breakfast all top notch. She recommended places to visit and eat - all memorable and will visit again in a heartbeat.

Very nice host and a very beautiful house with pool and hangout area. A lot of work and love to detail was put in this house. My wife and I definitely want to go back, next time for a longer period and not just for one night. We were very happy to have found this place.
