The hotel’s natural surroundings are absolutely breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque atmosphere. The pools are well-maintained, clean, and a true pleasure to relax in. Everything throughout the property is in good condition. The staff is very friendly and polite, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our trip was the hiking tour organized by the hotel. Our guide, Mauricio, was outstanding—his deep knowledge of the thermal waters and the surrounding ecosystem made the experience both educational and engaging. If you’re interested in learning more about the region’s natural wonders, I highly recommend joining the tour. However, be prepared for a physically demanding hike. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return!

The place is wonderful. I believe it is a hidden gem. Most patrons were locals. It is located a few minutes walk from the big termales which are open to the public. Since we were there only one night, we ended up simply enjoying the 4 termales baths located on the whole premises. The view was great!
