Firstly, the staff were very friendly. The man on reception indulged us in practising our Spanish and was very patient! We did only stay for 1 night but we would have been happy to spend longer there. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with a fabulous shower. It did seem to have everything you would need. The location was great for the bars, restaurants and beach.

Great little gem, loved the apartment, modern, clean and spacious, very warm and friendly welcome on check in, staff very friendly and helpful, stayed in a Sea View apartment with spectacular views of the beach, 1st time on the way to Santa Ponsa and I must say we loved it. The location and apartments are central to everything, bars, supermarkets, beach and restaurants. Will definitely be returning in the future and staying at these apartments again.

Very central hotel, close to all services, the beach is 40 meters away, and the bus stop is 10 meters away. The apartment is very modern, comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few days, the beds are especially comfortable, air conditioning in bedroom and living room and beautiful views of the Santa Ponsa beach. A highly recommended place with fantastic staff

Brilliant hotel, beautiful large room with kitchenette. Very central location. Used the local buses a lot to Palma, Magaluf and Valldemossa, brilliant service. Many praises for Marta who was incredible. She checked us in and always stopped us to see how we were doing. She is a real asset to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again

Reception staff helpful and friendly, location very close to nightlife and places to eat as well as the beach. Apartment clean and spacious, beds comfy no issues with it at all. Never went in pool but decent size, lounged on the rooftop area one afternoon, has pool bar which is handy. Apartment had everything needed, would reccomend.

Amazing from start to finish! Check in was easy and simple, we were not charged to check in early which was greatly appreciated after an early morning flight. The lady who checked us in was polite. The room were modern which was lovely. The pool was great, and we couldn’t believe our luck with the weather (lowest temp was 26 degrees in the final week of October!) Nothing was too much for the staff, extra towels, plasters, toilet roll etc. The location is great, stones throw from the beach and bars and restaurants. All in all a great stay! Thank you Sun Beach- we’ve have a beautiful holiday.

Every member of staff from management to cleaners were polite and helpful in the extreme. Hotel perfectly positioned overlooking the beach and sea. Large bedroom with huge bed plentiful wardrobe space for all. Modern bathroom which was immaculate. Bedding and towels changed every other day Pool area and sun deck with plentiful loungers for all. A special shout out for the brilliant Marta who remembers everything and nothing is too much trouble.

Central to everything, clean and well maintained, the staff were more than friendly especially a lovely blonde lady at reception.
