I actually used to work in the Holiday centre as a barman about 26 years ago. It’s basically the same place with a facelift. Basic clean and tidy. We just used it as a budget place to use as a base for travelling around the island. Which it was perfect for.

This was our first time staying in Santa Ponsa and just booked this hotel as the cheapest available self-catering and so glad we took that chance! It's a lovely hotel, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the room was modern, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The pool area was really good for the kids and for us to sit nearby and watch them. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 2 children, there was 2 single beds together in the bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge area. The apartment was nice and spacious with a big lounge, dining and kitchen area. We had a patio area with a table and chairs which was nice to sit out on. The pool bar/restaurant was great for drinks and hot food at lunch time- the nachos and chicken wings went down a treat! We had the breakfast one morning- €8 for adults €4 for children which was brilliant value. Really good variety and options to suit all tastes. The hotel is located a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants but just slightly out the way so it's not too noisy. We will definitely book to come back when we plan another Santa Ponsa trip. The only negative- we had a ground floor apartment and the neighbours upstairs seemed to spend all night every night moving their furniture around which kept my husband and son awake at all hours- midnight/2am/4am- literally sounded like someone was dragging their bed around the room! So would definitely book an upper floor next time. Although there's no lifts (bare in mind if you have mobility issues or small children).

The location is ideal, situated close to the Centre of Santa Ponsa, bars, restaurants and transportation options. It's easy travel with bus ( A11) from airport.

The location was perfect. Close to shops bars and restaurants but not too close as to cause a problem with noise. But where this aparthotel really excells is the staff. A special mention to the receptionists and cleaning ladies who just went beyond what was expected of them

Loved this hotel!. I am not one to leave reviews at all but honestly we have had the best family holiday. The staff are so lovely and the kids loved Pab the children's entertainer, my daughter insisted on attending the kids club every day. She made him painted rocks when he left. The food is really reasonably priced and well prepared. We usually like to try different places every holiday but we are already looking to book again. A very relaxing holiday, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to lots of lovely restaurants. My children and we have made memories to last a lifetime :)

Great place for families with children. Great entertainment by Pab - the kids loved it (mornings and afternoons). Children learn to make pizza and cookies. Friendly and helpful reception and restaurant staff. We will definitely return in the near future. Nearby supermarket.. Thank you

It had kitchen and utensils also there was a washing machine available to wash your clothes for a euro.
