The staff were excellent, from Andres and the others at the reception to the dining room staff and cleaners. In fact the owners of the hotel should be thankful that their staff are so wonderful. It's the most positive thing I can compliment the staff on my experience at the hotel. The pool and terrace were great, except they have few loungers or chairs on the terrace, and if there are more than 5 people, one cannot find a chair or a lounger to lay on. Location was excellent.

Our suitcase was lost at the airport. Without the help of the reception staff, we would be without information. Many thanks especially to Andres, Andrea and Carolina as well.

When I arrived at the room I noticed there was no fridge in the room. Bear in mind Santa Marta is a very hot city, you will need at least 3 showers a day, so like the aircon a fridge is a must, unless you like to drink warm water. When I asked at the reception she said all the rooms have a fridge. Doubled check, mine doesn't!! They said they will ask for a fridge to be put in the room. The next day I came back to the hotel around 4pm, there was still not a sign of the fridge, I got really upset about it, but when I came back later that day. The fridge was there. I don't understand why in the Carribbean side of Colombia the fridge is an option. Anyway it was sorted at the end and believe me it's not a luxury rather a necessity. The room was small and basic but clean.

My second stay here. I like this hotel. My room had a bad wifi signal so the next day the fantastic staff changed my room to a better room with wifi. Comfy bed. Room cleaned every day.

The hotel has a good location, walking distance to the centre, and it still was quiet at night. There is an elevator. There was a window in the room.

Had a nice stay here unfortunately for only 1 night. Excellent wifi, secure parking. Yum breakfast. Great location.
