Right by the beach, perfectly located to spend a day in Tayrona Park. A bit disappointed by the reception staff as we were given a taxi fare to go to Masaya Casa Viejas, but the staff never told us that this fare was only for Minca, and that we would have to change car and pay extra for a 4x4 to go from Minca to Masaya Casa Viejas. You would expect to receive this information especially travelling from one Masaya to another.

Wow this place is incredible. Don't know what the dorms are like but the room we stayed in was amazing, really tastefully decorated and I've never seen such a big bed! The pool/chillout area/view is incredible and we ate at a lot of places along the coast and the food here was definitely the best. Staff were friendly as well. It does seem mostly couples and families though so if you were a solo traveller you might be a bit lonely

New structure, with private and dorms, with hot water, an incredible pool and a great restaurant just on the beach. Few other hotels/ hostels and restaurants around if needed. The beach is quite wild and personally I found it very beautiful, even if the waves can be strong and can be difficult to swim. It had been truly a dream!
