The staff are exceptional. Very welcoming hotel. They helped me organize onward transportation and kept my larger back when I went to Tayrona and Minca. The have a pool and the rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a tidy and modern place, nearby the highlights of the city, all can be reached by foot. The staff is very helpful and goes the extra mile. E.g. we had to leave early to catch a flight and were given breakfast at 5:30 am, which wowed us 🫶.

It was very nicely maintained, it was quiet, had good air con and was clean. Carlos was very helpful and helped us organise a transfer to Tayrona.
