The hotel is gorgeous and cozy. Staff is so kind and discreet. Somehow they really fit with the place, very charming. Excellent location nearby supermarket and historical streets with main restaurants, nearby the central market where buses depart for main attractions. Rooms are spotless, charming and functionnal. I'd stay there again if I have to stay again in Santa Marta

Everyone in the staff is extremely nice and friendly. Specially Diana was very attentive and helped us with everything. The decoration of the hotel is beautiful and our room was perfect.
