Staff very helpful and kind. Rooms and facilities are beautiful and comfortable, you have everything you need. Location is perfect, close to everything. Breakfast is really good and you have many options to choose. Totally recommended.

Beautiful little gem in the centre of Santa Marta, close to the principal interesting places, and very quiet considering its location. Also this hotel is in front of one of the best restaurant in this region.

This is the nicest hotel I've stayed in. The rooms and grounds were so beautiful, the staff were so attentive and helpful. Franklin at reception always made sure we were well looked after, and gave us good recommendations of where to go in the area for food, laundry service etc. He truly gave a 5 star service. One morning as well we asked to heat up some food because we were going on a tour, one of the ladies heated it up for us and also provided juice and coffee even though breakfast was not open yet. Really really thoughtful staff!

The hotel is really nice, it is located in the city centre of Santa Marta walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and bars. We stayed in the suite with a private terrace and a swimming pool with a great view, which was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Very good ratio quality/price.

Great and helpful staff! They helped us a lot with different things. So we managed to get to our flight just in time. Grand spacious room with nice decorations.

Older but stylist building with small pool to cool down in. Located close enough to walk to centre. Good facilities and recliners outside. Staff were all professional and helpful.

Great staff. Made me feel like I was the only guest that mattered. Or maybe I was the only guest! Great breakfast, easy location to everything. Was able to send out to get my laundry done...cheep, cheep. My room had its own rooftop deck and plunge pool. Great to sit in at the end of the day with a class of vino. Room service will bring the vino.

Great location to work around town, close to beach, attractions, restaurants and transport. Staff! Super helpful and nice: Isaias, Dellis and Ada - great cayeye! Comfy bed and spotless bathroom. Nice breakfast in the terrace. Nice open areas to relax like lounge, pool and interior courtyard with beautiful plants - an oasis in town!

Rooms were nice with super comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. Hotel was well located with very short walk to beach and restaurants which were very lively and busy Easter weekend. Breakfast was great and staff excellent. Hotel is safe, secure and clean.
