Our stay at Casa do Salgueiral was the perfect weekend getaway. The property is fascinating, with all the luxuries we were hoping for to facilitate some nice relaxation. The owners are super friendly and exemplify the true meaning of Portuguese hospitality.

This was by far the best location we have stayed in for a long time, not just in Portugal, but anywhere. The family who own and run the Casa are so welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay exceptional, from providing wonderful breakfasts to your door through to great local recommendations for visits or restaurants. The accommodation is very comfortable and well appointed and finished to a high standard. There is also a swimming pool with great amenities. If you stay, you must try the wine they produce. We will definitely be coming back.
