"The hotel is nice and tidy with spacious rooms. It has good air conditioning, a nice bathroom, a fridge, and plenty of pillows. The hotel also has a luggage room available for use on the last day. The breakfasts are very tasty. The staff is friendly - especially the lady in restaurant.

Very convenient a 5 minute walk from centre of Santa Maria, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms well serviced and a breakfast which included everything and anything you could want.

The staff was super friendly and they even helped me book a tour and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. The day before my check out I was feeling sick, and on the day of the check in they assured me that, whilst I had to leave my room, I could still stay in the hotel. They also stored my luggage until it was time for me to leave. The room was clean. The beds aren't the most comfortable though, but I slept just fine nonetheless. The showerhead from my shower wasn't working that well, it could only be put into the massage jet setting, otherwise too much water would be spilling out from the sides. They don't have a hairdryer standard in the room, but you can ask for one at the reception. Everything is within minutes walking distance. The beach will take you less than a 5 minute walk down, and the main street is just 3 streets down. Perfect location.

The hotel offered a satisfactory breakfast, friendly staff, and adequate facilities. The cleanliness of the room was maintained to a high standard throughout the stay. The hotel's central location and overall value were also appreciated.
