The flat has everything you need and the view is amazing. I was picked up at the airport at my arrival and met by the kind and friendly Naty at the apartment. She gave me all the information I needed and made me feel very welcome. The neighbourhood is very calm, but still, it's just a short walk to the beach, the cafeteria's, and the heart of Santa Maria.

Everything was really uncomplicated, the taxi pick up we booked with Santa Maria Flats worked perfectly fine. Mrs Naty was waiting for us to give us they keys and explained us everything. She was really friendly and helpful. I payed the stay beforehand through a bank transaction. There will be added taxes to the price you see on booking. The appartment was clean. Beach view very beautiful. To the city center its around a 10-15min walk. Many small supermarkets with basics in walking distance. We went to kite to kitebeach which is busy but you can avoid waves and lots of people by walking a bit downwind of the spot. A challenge for beginner kitesurfers. Santa Maria is a nice and vibrant small city. There was a water and gas shortage when we where there, we always had both and the staff was very helpful. We took care of saving and not wasting water.

Nice clean apartments with good basic facilities. Good and easy communication with host. Very close to Angulo beach, about 200 meters. Here you can do watersports and rent equipment. short walk to resturans and shops about 10 minutes. Thanks to the kind host Mrs. Nathy for making my stay ekstra comfortable.

Nice apartment with balcony and sea view and a complete supply of everything needed in the small kiitchen, even a hot water kettle. Also very helpful in arranging airport transfer, as well as explaining the local minimbus transfer system.

I travel a lot.. but this place left very mixed feelings. Let’s start from pluses Clean Not a bad view. But not wow either Good laundry service Comfy flat in general Relatively cheap for a local flat Local host is a kind woman Safe

Nice and very clean flat. Good value. Residential area very near to a beautiful beach. Loved it. Made me feel like I was in a real place, not just a random hotel room. It s a private studio flat all for you. The price was very competitive and it was exactly what I reserved for. I do not understand some review where some guests wrote about the price. It s so clear. The booking.com layout in some area is a bit different but it s easy to understand it. Very important! I always had water -not so usual in Santa Maria- :)
