Amazing location close to the city centre, staff was so welcoming and accommodating at all times, could communicate well in English. The room was designed well, cleaned to top standard on daily basis. Inclusive breakfast was wonderful with great options (same for lunch and dinner). The pool was the highlight of the trip as there were comfy loungers and staff taking orders for cocktails.

The hotel is at the other side of Santa Maria, quiet, calm right next to the Shell cemetary! Room cleanliness +++ Filtered water so no need to be afraid of getting sick because you brushed your teeth with tab water! ++ Food at the Restaurant. (Tartar de Atum!!! Wok with Prawns!! trust me on that ;) Room 10 is huge!

Located in a quiet part down an unfinished road ( common in Sal) breakfast was good we purchased dinner a couple of nights and it was good. All staff were lovely. The hotel was clean and always enough sun beds.

The pool was small but a decent size. There were several relaxing areas beds and chairs both around the pool area and outside of the rooms. Being set away from other shops and close to the beach encouraged you to walk (although the beach was not an area where you could swim/relax)

Quiet location , lovely staff , big rooms ,comfy bed . Massage with Meledie was excellent. Xandra , Solange, Darius and Vacy all so friendly and helpful.

Great value for money, the room was at the back of the hotel and slightly on the small side but considering the price it was very good value. The pool and poolside beds are great. It's not close to the main beach but it's a walkable distance, and safe too, I walked back after dark around 9pm twice and it was fine, the road was properly lit too. Food at the hotel was quite good.

A beautiful and spacious property, near an amazing cafe - Art Kafe. All staff were lovely, sinners comfortable, and food delicious! A short walk to the centre and prettier beaches.

staff 10 points out of 10 chef 10 out of 10 Everyone there is nice, kind and they do their job really well, even beyond the scope of their duties, I really felt like I was in a home atmosphere. the surroundings of the hotel in the order list, the sandy beach would perhaps be more attractive, but the burial grounds of shells and volcanic stones enchanted me. the sandy beach is a few steps away. I WOULDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING AND THANK YOU AGAIN AND SEE YOU SOON

the staff was amazing, lovely and always helpful really 5 star personnel ,and the hotel is beautiful, perfect size , not to small so there is enough staff to attend us not to big that you get lost in hundreds of guests, also location is quiet good 10 mns walk from santa maria , not like other resorts that you cant reach by foot the local cities, and they are for 100s of people. restaurant and chef amazing
